PGP in Global Leadership

A one-year immersive programme shaping leaders for complex global challenges

Overview

Overview

The Post Graduate Programme in Global Leadership (PGP-GL) responds to a world marked by uncertainty, institutional strain, and rapid transformation.

Leadership in this programme is understood not as position or authority, but as the capacity to exercise judgment, mobilise diverse actors, and act with ethical clarity under ambiguity.

The one-year programme unfolds through a carefully sequenced learning journey:

Who is the programme designed for

The PGP in Global Leadership seeks individuals who demonstrate intellectual seriousness, ethical purpose, and a sustained interest in public impact. The admissions process is designed to assess not only prior achievement, but also the capacity to learn, reflect, and lead across complex environments.

  • Academic record and professional trajectory
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative
  • Clarity of purpose and alignment with the programme’s intellectual ethos
  • Capacity for reflection, ethical reasoning, and growth
  • Diversity of experience, perspective, and worldview No single criterion determines admission; the committee considers the overall coherence and promise of the applicant’s profile.
